Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, was not what you had hoped for, or simply does not fit with your decor or space. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of pick up. Furniture picked up by the customer will be returned to the store by the customer for repair or replacement. If you need us to pick up the items for you, a delivery fee will incur. If your items were delivered, please contact us within 7 days to get on the schedule for pick up. Delivery fees will be forfeited. Returned items must be new and in unused condition.
Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Bedding and linens are returnable if they have not been washed and in original packaging. Mattresses and foundations are non-returnable and non-refundable. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us at 205-668-9995.
If you purchase an item we keep in stock, you may cancel your order without charge. If the order is for a custom item, cancellation must be prior to production or shipment. If you return after production or shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy.

Returning a Purchase

  • Please contact us and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name.
  • Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear on the card you used. It can typically take 7-10 business days for a refund to appear.

Damaged & Missing Parts

Sometimes damage can happen in packaging or shipping and can arrive concealed. If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible.

Damage If Shipped by Our Delivery Truck

  • When assembled, make sure you closely inspect the product for any damage BEFORE boxes are discarded and before the delivery people leave. Again, if there is a problem, please call our store as soon as possible.

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our Return Policy.
In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.
